    We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Marketing/Business Development Executive with relevant experience in the software industry to drive incremental revenue through new client prospecting and targeted demand generation activities for Bangladesh's Private sectors.

    • Generate sales for our services and products, Software Development, Website Development, App Development, and IT Related Service.

    Workplace: The employee is allowed to work from home, but must be available to visit the office on any working day upon management's call.

    The employee must also be able to travel to and from the office at their own expense.

    Salary: Negotiable; Salary Description: During the provision period, the basic salary ranges from 8,000 to 10,000 BDT without sales commission.

    Additionally, employees are eligible for sales commission ranging from 2% to 25% on each sale, as part of our profit-sharing model with staff members.

  • Job Responsibility

    >> Call respected clients to arrange meetings and presentations.

    >> Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.

    >> Attend phone calls efficiently. Convinced Potential Customers over the phone call to sell specific products or services.

    >> Develop and manage creative digital marketing strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.

    >> Create Banners, Images, Promotions, etc. to be displayed on the website, social media, and Email Marketing.

    >> Manage website with WordPress.

    >> Create and manage Content for the website.

    >> Regular market visits, meetings with existing and potential customers, email marketing, mobile marketing, etc.

    >> Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the management as and when necessary.

    >> Able to prepare & maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and daily reporting to reporting boss.

    >> Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, willing to take initiative, and result-oriented.

    >> Able to achieve monthly sales target.

    >> Developing in-depth knowledge of our services and products.

    >> Knowledge of market analysis, sales promotion, customer management principles, and practices.

    >> You need to always keep a smiling, warm, friendly, and positive attitude.

  • Educational Requirement

    • Bachelor degree in any discipline.

    • BBA/MBA with a major in Marketing. (Digital marketing skills preferable)

  • Experience Requirement

    For experienced candidates, educational requirements may be relaxed. The employer will consider the applicant's relevant work experience and skills when making a hiring decision.

    • Good writing and speaking fluency in the English language.

    • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.

    • Must be hardworking, diligent, and responsible.

    • Ability to manage multi-task.

    • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

    • Mobile bill

    • Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)

    Travel Allowance Clause: If the employee is required to travel to the client's worksite or office, they will be reimbursed for their travel expenses.
